Not with a free version or a personal account. With a properly configured professional offering, a usage charter and data anonymised by default, AI becomes usable at a practice within a controlled framework.
What is the difference between free and professional versions?
Professional offerings include contractual confidentiality commitments, no use of your data for training, accounts managed by the practice and activity logs.
Is AI compatible with GDPR and the Swiss FADP?
It can be, with the right tool, the right configuration and suitable documentation. We set up the technical framework; its legal validation is for your adviser or data protection officer.
What about health data?
